Course Description:

CISCO NETWORKING ACADEMY - CCNA DISCOVERY 1
The Cisco CCNA Discovery curriculum provides general networking theory, practical experience, and opportunities for career exploration and soft-skills development. The curriculum teaches networking based on application, covering networking concepts within the context of network environments. Emphasis is placed on the construction and troubleshooting the physical media encountered in networking. Students who successfully complete this course will receive certification in C-Tech Network Cabling Specialist - Copper.
Credit:    1 unit
Note:       This course counts for the computer science requirement for graduation.


CISCO NETWORKING ACADEMY - CCNA DISCOVERY 2
This is a continuation of Cisco Networking Academy - CCNA Discovery 1 curriculum. The curriculum teaches networking based on application, covering networking concepts within the context of network environments students may encounter in their daily lives – from small office and home office (SOHO) networking to more complex enterprise and theoretical networking models later in the curriculum.
Credit:                    1 unit
Prerequisite(s):      Successful completion of Cisco Networking Academy - CCNA Discovery 1
