Course Description:
Electronics Technology 1 - Computer Hardware:
This course is designed to prepare the student for the COMPTIA A+ Core certification exam, an industry standard for entry-level computer technicians. Course content will include but is not limited to assembly, upgrading, and troubleshooting personal computers (PC’s) and associated peripheral equipment. Also included is customer service and documentation.
Credit: 1 Unit
Length of Course: 1 Semester
Prerequisite(s): Successful completion or enrollment in Math for the Technologies or higher level math course.
